I need some help with this stupid system; I've cleared Alby normal, according to the dungeon guide and its' descriptions, multiple times but I'm not getting any kind of clears regardless of the situation I put myself in.

What's going on with this!?

    The guide appears to be bugged for some players not allowing them to get any of the repeat counts...therefore blocking the player from getting any of the repeat rewards including support boxes
