G21 Duncan Glitching - Traversing Through Time
For the G21 mission 'Traversing Through Time' I need to talk to Duncan, but everything I try it just says this:
"Duncan is still putting his thoughts in order. He seems to be on the verge of a revelation. Talk to him in a bit."
I checked my quests and I don't have anything else requiring me to talk to Duncan, I don't know why this is happening and I want it to go away so I can finish G21-24 while the event is still available.
EDIT:
It turns out that I had to complete a G23 Quest that Duncan was a part of, even if I wasn't at the stage where I was SUPPOSED to talk to him, it was still messing up. I still think this glitch is something that should be looked into.
