Unable to see Guild Applications

Normally, we can hover our cursor over the application and an overlay will appear, showing the contents of the application, something like this:

However, we can now only see the name of the people who applied and the overlay for the application does not show up when we mouse over them.

We've DM'd the applicants to confirm that they did write an application, so this is not a case of players submitting blank applications.
