Whose thing is it

Greetings.
The Meow has picked up someone's item in Dunbarton when he logged, so now he's getting security disconnects for some reason. He wants to return the thing in order to check if it is what causes the issue. The Meow shall not provide any intel on what the thing is, so that the real owner can be determined, as they know what they've dropped on Ch. 3 recently.
Contact The Meow to make an arrangement. It is obvious that there may be misclaimers or people who also dropped their other items at the same period, so the Meow will only attend to the person who names the right item.
