I feel like I have to be missing something as I haven't been able to do a gem upgrade on any weapon. They are at 100% proficiency and have done all the other upgrades, but it always says I'm missing the right gem. I've gotten gems that are the exact size and I've gotten ones that are bigger than they request. What am I missing?
