I'm having trouble starting the new event. I've talked to Caravan Joe and I've received the questline to finish the memoir books except I have no way to start them. I don't have my old memoir book anymore and I can't trigger the quest Strange Signs in order to get the new one. Is there something specific I'm supposed to do?
