Cant even trade training seal via bank account? :C

Week3~4 VIP gives out training seals and my main character skills is currently maxed. But its not even tradable through bank account for my alts to use it ;-;

    The training seals, that you can buy from the seal merchant on Sundays can't either but those you can virtually trade via bank because you can trade adventure seals via bank.

    I realise this doesn't directly help you for your present situation, but it does allow a means to compensate to some extent.
