Teleport Mage Missing?

Has anyone else noticed the Teleport Mage that sends you into the Shylien Nature Reserve is missing? I checked the npc search as well and the Teleport Mage was not on the list. Just want to know if this is happening to anyone else and not some story quest or something else causing it. This is on Alexina server, I don't know if Nao server is having the same issue if this is happening to any other players.

    You're likely in a Saga episode that removes the warp elf.

    not sure but going in with a alt character and using a warp imp to get in works.
