I feel that a guild storage would be rather useful.
It would have logs of whom took what, who has permission to view the storage & Who has permission to take items out, sorted by rank.
any bank NPC should be able to have the guild storage with it's own section.
As for transfer & fee from town to town banking. The initial user whom is taking items in or out to pay the fee out of their character inventory.
What items should be stored? Regular items that doesn't have special needs. e.g. Items with a trade limit, Potions & unlocked exclusive equipment cannot be stored.
Not sure what else but it would be pretty nice & helpful for guild members.
