Movement Speed Decrease with Abacus and Skates
- I'm sure some have experienced this issue, but if someone wearing skates (Ice Skates, In-line Skates, Rollerstakes, etc.) while holding an Abacus, their movement speed will be reduced to a Human's Movement speed if above that (Elves, Giants, etc.).
- It's easy to replicate, by wearing any type of skates or possibly some kind of animation-altering shoes with an abacus.
- Movement speed should be "Normal", based on "Base Speed" (Race speed and more).
