Untradable Master's Plan Rewards

When the Master's Plan guide was published on Steam for Summer 2022, it claimed that we would be getting, for example, a "Trade Unlock Potion (expires in 30 days) (Tradable once)" yesterday. I had in fact made plans based on that, and told someone I was purchasing an item from that I'd provide the unlock potion under the assumption I'd have one available. It was a rather unpleasant surprise to discover that in fact the potion we were given is entirely untradeable.
