Prior to the Great era of commerce part 2 patch, I would do the following for months prior.
Raise my reputation of vales and filia to level 5 via trading to and from the two towns. Once i reached level 5 I would take a batch of snowboards from Vales to ULadh and wait for the Smuggler to spawn. Once i knew the location I'd trade the snowboards in. Then go back to lvl 1 Vales reputation.
I would then Teleport to filia get back to Uladh and trade Longa crystals to the smuggler, lose my reputation and drop to level 1 again.
Id then simply lvl up my rep again and rinse and repeat.
What happens after the part 2 patch:
When you get to level 5 and trade snowboards or Longa to the smuggler he tells you roughly this in an error message: Your town reputation is to low to make this trade.
You can recreate this bug by simply following the above steps.
So you can no longer sell your entire cargo load to the smuggler, with various Iria trading goods 5-7 town rating
Now even with lvl 6 or 7 town rep you can maybe sell 20% of your cargo to him compared to the 100% you could sell prior to the patch.
You make less ducats selling to the smuggler vs just selling to a town where you don't lose your rep in some cases
Id like to emphasize that this worked 1-2 months prior to the era of commerce part 2 patch, and its going on 2 weeks since it broke.
Is this how it was intended now or is it bugged and requires a hotfix?
