Since the making of guilds has been made free, in that it doesn't require VIP or Premium, there is less of a reason to buy these services. I head a guild and it's the primary reason I bought and have maintained mine. Come the Black Friday sale, I now have less of a reason to renew. Now, I like free stuff as much as the next giant but I also like Mabinogi and for Mabinogi to survive, to paraphrase Dune, "The NX must flow"; I'm not ignorant of this.
I suggest:
1. for starters, add Extra Equipment Slot Coupon (30 days) and Homestead Stone Mining Permit (30 Days) to VIP. It'll probably need more but that's what's in my head at the moment.
2. move some or all of the present services in VIP, but not in Premium, to Premium.
I really do think, come black Friday this year, Nexon will see a sharp drop in subscriptions due to guilds now being free to make. The services need to be made more attractive to compensate.
Oh, and let me be clear, keep the prices the same or lower.
