Tracking the moonlight quest

Ok, what the heck am I missing? The next part of this quest says to find traces of Gillach at Gairech Hills. I'm not finding anything. Why am I missing this?

    You'll probably figure it out on your own before you read this, but you'll find a mysterious place southeast of Fiodh dungeon. Go inside and investigate.

    I haven't decided if I want to participate but last time didn't they give you a means to teleport directly to the, wardrobe isn't it? If not just follow the steam of other players that seem to be moving with purpose to, apparently, nowhere in particular.

    I'm trying to remember how it went from me (this is my first go at it), but I think Kristell only gives out wings to the location to do her daily quest, which is not given until the player first visits the location. So... they have to find it first.
