I completed the elemental knight quest line last night and did not get any of the skills. How do I access them and why are they not in the skills list.

In case its not a bug, here's some things you can check:
1. Have you ACTUALLY completed the quest? The "Too hot for this dress" quest requires you to physically click complete in the quest menu.
2. Did you complete the Harmonic Saint quest first? If so, you have to go into the arcana section in the Talent menu, and then click on Elemental Knight and "Activate" it for 100ap.
3. In order to unlock new arcana skills (and upgrade said skills when you eventually obtain them), you need to level up your character while one of the Arcana talents are activated. If you havent leveled up your character at all, then you havent scored any arcana xp, meaning your arcana level is still 0. You can check your level by checking the arcana menu, or clicking on the large flaming book in the middle of the new arcana room in Rath Royal Castle.
4. This one might sound a little silly, but have you scrolled down to the very bottom of the skill menu? The Elemental Knight or Harmonic Saint skills have their own category at the very bottom, beneath Divinity/Crusader/Hidden etc. Only the Arcana you have activated will show up though.
