Help cant get quest to load
I have run into a problem with Gen 8. I cannot get the next quest (Volcanic Region Hot-Air Balloon Exploration). Iv run out of ideas. I have tried rebirth/reloging/exiting/trying to level up to trigger it/maybe taking a short break in hopes it loads/going through the wiki/ talking to the npc hundreds of times/ tried to do the quest without the owl dropping it/ collecting things for the next quest. I don't know what to do. Am I just stuck here? Please help! Let me know any suggestions any of you have! I have had this problem since November. Thank you so much have a great day!
