"Account Blocked" Steam Nexon Launcher
Hello I've tried doing a ticket request for this issue, but no help.
I played Mabinogi on Steam years ago, and now I want to visit back and play again.
But when I opened the game it opened the Nexon launcher with a pop-up :
Account Blocked
Your account has been blocked. To appeal this action, please submit a ticket at
https://billingpp.zendesk.com.
After that, I tried linking it with all the available options, I even tried making a Nexon account and linking Steam to that (also the Steam link section doesn't even have a link button either) or using a fresh Gmail to make one with the Steam account.
All I get are error messages without actual error codes, just telling me this Gmail is already in use.
I really don't want to start a new account and lose all the progress I had.
I hope others have had my issue and have solved this.
