Better Mouse Input Handling or Buffering

The Mabinogi game client has an issue where if you are clicking or releasing a mouse button and the game micro stutters or drops frames at the moment you clicked or released the mouse button, your mouse click or release will not be captured by the game and the game will continue to operate as if you didn't click the mouse or you didn't release the button. Before the release of the 64-bit client, this happened frequently in Dunbarton as the game stuttered to load and unload player models and textures on the CPU.

- If you click to move (not WASD), sometimes you would click on the ground, start moving there, move your mouse to a different place, and then find your character now moving towards your mouse in a direction you didn't want. You have to click again to get off it.
- If you hold right click to rotate your camera. Once you have it where you want it, you let go of the right mouse button. Sometimes you'll let go of the right mouse button and then quickly move your mouse cursor back to the center of the screen, but the camera swings wildly because it got stuck in camera rotation mode. You have to right click again to get out of it.
- In either case, if you are running the game in a window, the mouse cursor gets locked to the window and you can't get your mouse cursor to exit the game until you re-click the left or right mouse button that got you stuck or you Alt-Tab out of the game.

It's hard to recreate and demonstrate the issue unless you have a fairly weak CPU or low amount of RAM ( less than 4 GB). You might be able to create micro-stuttering conditions if you try recording video in OBS with indistinguishable quality. Go to a place with a lot of players, such as the the busiest channel Dunbarton, Summer Beach Party, or an in-game GM event. Rotate your camera with right-click until it gets stuck. I have seen the mouse get stuck during a GM event livestream before.

This has always been an issue with the game. The developers have been making a lot of really great improvements with how Mabinogi operates, especially with this 64-bit upgrade, so I would like to see them eventually tackle the mouse input issue.
