    They need to make a forum called, say, trash. By editing the original post, in a thread, the forum it is located in can be changed. So, if folks make a thread and then want it to be deleted they could just move it to the "trash" forum. It would be easier for site staff to process them. The forum itself would have to have: posting, whether starting discussions, or commenting, turned off for regular forum users.
