Hello, I am not sure if this is an issue with my particular liqueur or a general issue but I thought I would post this anyway.

I have the Harbinger of Thunder liqueur applied to my weapon and with my weapon drawn I'm hitting the enemy with a Lightning Bolt.
The result is the enemy spinning with a lightning bolt spinning along with it when I crit.
