Elemental Knight Budget Help?
Heya!
So I'm training STR and INT to become an elemental knight eventually (still cumulative 15k or so) and I'm wondering what I should be spending my money on? I have around 5M in the bank but I'm still using beam swords and blaanid's gear.
If Elemental Knight needs STR and INT, shouldn't I go Mana Gunner, since it uses both of those to determine damage..? I'm a little confused about how Elemental Knights work, to be honest.
Anyway, if someone could recommend some budget friendly gear for me, I'd appreciate it!

1.) Doing Blaanid quests ought to provide:
-Contemplate Dexterity Memorial Flower Earrings (18 Max Damage)
-Encore Champion Memorial Flower Outfit (20-30 Max Damage)
-Quartz Camo Memorial Flower Boots (8-14 Max Damage)
-Cold-hearted Camo Memorial Flower Gloves (8-14 Max Damage)
You would also get good starter weapons (sword, gun, etc.) that are already upgraded, but cannot be upgraded or reforged further.
2.) Eavan in Dunbarton has a dungeon guide voucher shop. In the fourth shop for 10 fourth voucher seals, you can grab Oblivion Swarming Support Ring Torques, which each give 14 Max Damage (so 28 Max Damage with the two you can wear).
Add all that free Max Damage together, you could get between 82-104 Max Damage from free wearable gear, not counting any weapon bonuses. This fluctuates as certain enchants give a variable amount of Max Damage supplied (e.g. Camo).
So now you might be wondering, okay that's all good ground-zero stuff. What next?
Mabi is working on a new weapon progression for post-Blaanid items. Until we get that, here are:
-Cryozen's guide to decent Max Damage enchants
-Cryozen's guide to possible EK equipment progression
Melee is a bit more complex as it varies on player race (i.e. elves run axes, giants can use two-handed blunts and swords pretty well, human also tends to prefer a two-handed sword for EK but can also dual wield still; there's actually a lot possible here)
Fanatic Greatsword wouldn't be a bad next-tier to shoot for imo if you're human/giant. Shouldn't be too expensive to make and can last you a fair bit as you progress through to some early Tech Duinn content. There are plenty of decent Celtic options as well if you're up for a tad more grinding (e.g. Celtic Royal Warrior Axe)
