Hammer Slam Skill Timer runs out too soon

Problem: The Hammer Slam standby timer expires sooner than 15 seconds.

Steps to repro:
1. Play Hammer Slam Free-for-all (2 players)
2. When it's your turn, wait a few seconds (less than 15).
3. Timer gauge will suddenly disappear and your turn is over with 0 points.

Does not happen every time. In attached video, Aeternitis doesn't have a problem. We play hammer slam almost every day for years now. This is not normal.



Edit: Forgot to mention this seems to have started last maintenance (Aug 31).
