Connection terminated abnormally for 1 giant

My giant disconnected when I left my homestead. I'm getting the error "connection terminated abnormally. Please wait 30 seconds..." . She is at the Emain West gate fishing event. I can not log in with this giant character on any channel but I can log in with other characters. My dungeon passes will expire before I can get back on ):. I'm not able to sign in to log a ticket. Any suggestions?

    Hey I had this problem and my brother did too, we solved it by logging in on another channel (Ch6). Not sure if it'll help you, but when logging in on Ch1, Ch2 and Ch10 we'd just get kicked back to login screen, with "Connection terminated abnormally"

    Solution found. Logged in on a friends computer and was able to log in and move my giant away from the fishing event site.

    Having this same issue right now. Let's just cluster a bunch of people near a tight spot in Emain. Seriously?! Who thought this was a good idea?
