I need Help Recovering my account !
It´s been since 10th december I opened a ticket asking for help to recover my account, I know the credit card I used, I know my old password, I have my purchase receipts and even with a lot information, name, information only the owner would provide I don´t have any positive or negative answer. All I have been told is that "due to many tickets " my request will need to wait more time. I don ´t know why my ticket was forwarded to another GM and why they seem to be so "busy" that my request that was supposed to be finished by 7 business days is taking much longer. I came here to ask for help because I didn ´t get a feedback about my request or reasons no one in support chat can help. I just want to play the game and I can t recover my old e-mail.
