Can't get to flint despite it raining
It's currently raining and yet I can't get to flint, I've completed any quests that I know of that could possibly block off the area, and yet I can not get to the flint in order to mine it for Lighting the Arcana's Fire. I've been waiting around, doing nothing else for hours, Tried relogging, tried teleporting elsewhere and back, and nothing seems to work, it is simply impossible to complete this quest for me.

Are you still having this issue? Can you confirm that you're next to flint that is minable when it's raining?
