Shyllien Ecology Animal Drops Missing

I'm uncertain what has caused this, but it appears that I am unable to get any form of Shyllien Ecology Animal drops to spawn. I've killed a wide range of enemies, both with magic and with melee skills, and not a single Magic Craft item has spawned. I confirmed that they still drop for other players, as another player entered the zone and received a drop - they just don't drop for me. Is there some hidden mechanic that halts drops that I should be concerned about? I.E. killing a large number of enemies (such as with Meteor) causes drops to stop for a period? I did check and I don't appear to be receiving any camping penalties - at least according to the local chat. They ARE listed as weak mobs, but that shouldn't cause the issue...

    Alright, I'm even more confused. I did manage to get some drops today, but they very quickly dry up. Some information on this would be greatly appreciated.

    It's the camping penalty. If you don't have VIP then the game limits how many drops you get in the area.

    Aaaaaah. That'd explain it. Bit frustrating since it's such a small zone and happens so quick, but at least I have a reason now. I thought it used to say in local when a camping penalty was applied, so I didn't question whether it might be something like this.

    Yeah, I'd try using the camping kit first. Probably the easiest fastest and cheapest way.
