VIP Remote uses locking out actions

Something I've found is when you use one of the daily VIP Remote coupons, it'll state that you have a use even if you used one that day. When specifically used with the Remote Bank it will then prevent all actions, attempts to summon, leaving the only recourse to log out with Remote Shop and Remote Repair not having this issue.
