G18 Escape Raft quest bugged. Can't get on Raft?

My username in game is Rortyalim, I play on the Erinn server.
1)What is the issue? (It may also be necessary to explain Why it is considered an issue.)
As I try to start the mission, I play through the cutscene. I end up stuck on the dock with the raft breaking immediately, NPCs end up in the water. The mission fails immediately.
2)What steps must be taken for us to recreate the issue?
To recreate this bug you just play through G18 sage part 2, episode 4, and try to start the mission. (please refer to the video above)
3)What do you expect to happen instead?
I would expect to be on the raft at mission start or given the time to get on the raft.

The issue was fixed in this week's maintenance. Can you confirm if you're still unable to access the raft?
