Can't submit ticket, but need an account migration
The nexon account tied to my steam is...old, very, very old. I don't remember the email, the password, or the nexon id nowadays, I don't even know if I /had/ my real name tied to it, so I'm missing enough information I can't submit a ticket, but...I recently got back into the game after a few years away, and am very much wanting to migrate that ancient account's data to this nexon account that I can actually access and have it linked to my steam, rather than just continue relying on that old steam link to continue playing on my old account. I've tried every other method I can find, but neither the self service nor the ticket system seem to have a fallback for this situation, and there's no live chat so...please, if there's any way I can get in contact with support to try and resolve this let me know.
