Box Full of Memories/City Flood Relief question
The Box Full of Memories is supposed to instantly clear a whole Generation storyline.
What happens when you use it on G23? Specifically, what happens to the City Flood Relief quest?
Will it bar someone from obtaining the rewards from that quest, like the Far Darrig bag?

That quest is a side quest triggered by making it to a certain point in the G23 story line. As such it shouldn't be completed by using the Box Full of Memories. If it was a mainstream quest, it would have the requirement to be completed to continue the G23 storyline, which it does not.
In the wiki, it is also listed as a side quest that is triggered during the G23 quest line.
Also, I myself have completed G23 but still have yet to complete the City Flood Relief quest, because I intend to reach the max potential reward before completing it. Thus, proving that completing the G23 storyline doesn't include that side quest.
If you didn't trigger the City Flood Relief quest before using the box on G23, it will show up in your active quest list after doing so. If you already had triggered the quest before using the box to complete G23, it will simply remain in your active quest list until you complete it.
Are you saying you never received the quest City Flood Relief? As in, you've never gotten it?
Sorry but, you'll need to be a lot more specific in what the problem is. Such as, everything you did up to the point when it should be triggered (i.e. did you do everything you were supposed to do?). What you were trying to trigger. ETC...
If you're trying to trigger the quest a second time to play it again, then that won't happen. it can only be done once.
I also used the book, and I'm pretty sure I never finished the actual side quest since I never submitted anything to any resource list.
I'm unsure of when the quest is supposed to be given, but I assume it's somewhere after chapter 6. I checked my quest log and I don't think it was given because the Replay quests have to be activated between each chapter. It played the flooding cutscene after chapter 6 and the replay ends. I started chapter 7 and still no quest in any of the tabs.
Are you able to tell me what tab the quest would be under?
