Can't sign up For the Erinn Adventure Pass

Just woke up, updated the game and went to Eavan to sign up but she keeps saying something went wrong and won't sign me up. I have not registered on any other character. I tried relogging and changing channels. I do have the quest. This character isn't the first one created in the account but it is the one i play on. Has anyone found a solution?
