Cannot enter wedding entrance
whenever me and my partner try to enter the entrance there's like a invisible wall and we can't reach the pastor, how can we find a solution? we are both kinda new into this game and we just discovered this option, i'm an elf and his a human, we are already in filia but that's the only problem, we can't reach the father bc of the invisible wall

There are steps that you must perform and certificates to be paid for. (bureaucracy... it's everywhere!!)
Sounds like you hit a collision bug at the wedding entrance. You could try:
Relog/restart – sometimes resets the invisible wall.
Approach from a different angle – moving to the side can help.
Use jump/movement skills – may let you bypass it.
Contact a GM – they can fix it or teleport you past.
