Music Score Restoration Potion unsuable

The Music Score Restoration potion you can get from the library event doesnt seem to be usable no matter what i try there seems to be no possible way to use it

    Hi @Sofian , the Music Scroll Restoration Potion is specifically for a Quest in the Samhain: Times Remembered, Times Forgotten storyline. It can only be used for it's related quest and has no use or value outside of it.
