Offhand Items Deleted From Dressing Room

I sent a support ticket already, but figured I should probably post about it here too.

Three items (Master Pierrot Marionette, Iron Man Colossus Marionette, and Nightbringer Huntsman) are missing from my dressing room and have presumably been missing since server reset. I remember putting all of these in immediately after the Dressing Room Expansion update, and hadn't checked back until today.

The link between all three items is that they cannot be previewed/don't appear on the character when held, so it may be safe to assume that this would apply to other items that meet this criteria.

Thanks for posting about it here. I am having the same problem, with Bhafel Huntress, Master Pierrot Marionette, and Master Colossus Marionette. Perhaps other things, not sure, but at least those 3. I have also sent in a ticket about them. Hopefully Nexon can sort this out and return our things.

Hope this helps anyone else having this issue; you are not alone.

I'm having the same issue with my colossus marionette. I thought I was going crazy because it wasn't in my inventory or my bank. Please let me know if you hear back from support.

Returning to this to say I've gone through support, and unfortunately this was the response I got:
"Hello Milletian,

Thank you for contacting Nexon Player Support. Unfortunately, after reviewing our records, we were unable to locate copies of these items that had been associated with your account.

As such, we won't be able to assist with recovering these items.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. If you have any further issues or concerns, feel free to submit a new ticket."

Not too sure where to go from here. I'm sure Nexon Support is trying to avoid people trying to lie to get more than what they lost, but I feel that items getting deleted in the dressing room should be compensated for a bit more liberally. Some friends who sent in a support ticket were able to get all their stuff back, some only got a select few items back, and some (myself included) got nothing back along with a message that essentially just reads "Sorry, tough luck"

What the heck? Now I'm even less hopeful that I will get my collection of Puppets back...
This feels like a very bad bug that should be compensated.
I don't understand how the listings can not only vanish from the collection list, but also from the collected list.
I feel like someone at KR got the backend code wrong, and deleted items from player's Dressing Rooms without warning Global.
