So today I logged in and I don't know if it was after rebirthing or after getting the Arcana to level 11 but the Arsenal Gunner's energy UI is gone, I also can't use any skill that uses energy so it's not just a visual bug, weirdly enough final scope's re aim seems to work but not any skill that costs energy upfront
