Milletian Welcome Erinn Experience Package?

Hello, I am considering buying the Milletian Welcome Erinn Experience Package however is there a way to renew ownership of the chosen pet after 30 days or does it just lie in your account forever unusable? If so, that would actually put me off buying the package honestly.

    At the end of the 30 days the pet will become unusable. At that point, you can delete it while you are on the character selection screen.
