Arcing Power Overload 2nd Title Poor Quality

Hi. I have a complaint about one of the recent 2nd title effects Arcing Power Overload.

At first I thought that maybe the website video was broken and was displaying the effect at a lower framerate so I got it in the game thinking that it would look ok but I got absolutely scammed. Can't we just take the effect from Galvanic Current and recolor it blue to make it fit the rest of the lightning effects since it has the same exact style ?
