Over the Rainbow event blocking quest progress

I think the Leprechaun spawn is stopping "Clear the Ciar Advanced Hard Mode Dungeon" from counting when solo for the Required Quests. Not being able to progress means you can't unlock the One Step Higher quest for Arcana or continue the Fly High event. Running the OTR event affected dungeons in a party might be a workaround but I haven't tried it yet.

I'm also having the same issue. Thought I wasn't doing something right, but this makes total sense because I can "Enter it" and finish that portion or the quest, but I'm unable to clear it even after opening the end chest. I'm going to try the party recommendation now to see if it works. Fingers Crossed.

Just as an update. This issue has been resolved per our maintenance notice last week.
