Bought character cards and i can't find them
I bought 3 character cards (human) that cost me almost 20euros, and it asked me to choose a character when buying character cards. so i chose the only character in the game. and i buy them... and then i enter the game and it tells me that i have no character cards and i need to buy some. i not only restarted the game, i restarted my whole pc and it still wont show in the game! i haven't played this game in years and im not sure what should i do?

The character cards were delivered to your Cash Shop Inventory in-game. During our May update in 2025, character cards are no longer delivered directly to your character selection menu as the cards are now tradable with other players.
You can access the Cash Shop Inventory by going to the Shop Icon at the bottom menu. Once it's been put into your main inventory, you can then use the item, which will put the Card into your Character Selection screen.
