Unable to start the rafting minigame
I have been trying to get the rafting minigame to start so I can unlock the natural shield skill to get my cleric talent to master, and I can not get the native npc to have the raft renting option. I have tried talking to them both in and out of a party. Any help would be much appreciated.

Can you provide a screenshot or video of what the Native is saying at the Rafting Dock? The NPC should have an option "Request Raft Rental".
