no attendance event prize

I finished my attendance event book today , but did not get outfit prize box. is anyone else having this problem.

    Double check through your inventory to make sure it's not hiding somewhere. Where you afk when you received it and if so, was your inventory full at the time? If you can't find it anywhere at all, then it's possible it went into the temporary inventory and may have dropped if you were not around to notice.

    I was on housing channel, when I received finish book, but I did get prize ,when I channels. thz very much for call back.
