    Because the Bingo Gachapon had a sort of UI involved where you turn in items, whereas this event relied on an NPC. Also the Bingo Gachapon utilized CASH SHOP ITEMS (as did Meowbinogi with the Silver and Gold Marbles) if I remember right, and so that has to be available for anyone who may have bought the gacha and still needs to redeem it (people hold onto things in case the event comes back, or something's happened where they couldn't redeem it (i.e. computer issues)). However, since the Peddler Event was EXCLUSIVELY done with in-game currency as opposed to something bought with real money, they're not obliged to accommodate.
