Not receiving item! (SOLVED!)

Got the quest; Muscle Stimulant and I am not receiving the Muscle Enhancer so I can't learn Berserk. Anyone have a clue whats happening?

    Check your bag. All of your bags. Also check your Me tab, quest items goes there. Most people who ask for "where is my item" end up finding it in the Me tab. Don't leave any bag un-looked.

    The only place I didn't check was my "Me" bag.....UGH! *facepalms*
