Closed Where the hell is my pet Tuan? (Found solution)
I asked a question before about why the quest never showed up in my quests for the pet. Someone asked if I talked to Joe and set a character and I did. It's now the 15th but there's still no sign of the free pet.

Edit: Never mind, you just have to go talk to Joe again to receive it. Don't panic guys.
