Master Plan enchant success rate

Does anyone know if it's +10% flat or if it's +10% of the already given %? What was it with the alchemy success % on the first week?

I wouldn't be surprised if it's 10% of the given % so that a 20% success rate becomes 22% lol

    alch success rate on the first week was so that people could frag divine powders.
    And I assume that it be flat, otherwise its no better than Thursday effect for enchants past rank 5.

    It's flat. I used it before 2 YOLO make a 56th+48th floor Demonic dream catcher in the past~
