in Technical Support
So a friend of mine decided to change his old email because it was outdated.
Everything seemed to work out just fine. He got the confirmation mail on his old email if he wished to do it and after clicking the verification link he got another mail
on his new email that he registered that its changed and linked to his account now.
So for some reason when he tried to log in using the new email it keeps saying that it doesnt belong to a account.
If he tries to log on using his old data it keeps saying that its not linked to a account aswell indicating that the change did indeed take place.
So since he cant log in he asked me to write a ticket to the support and ask for their help.
So i did

The response however makes me question our support....

I tell in the ticket that he cannot log in.
The support supposedly reads thru it and confirms it , to tell me to tell him to log in and write the ticket himself..... if he could log in we wouldnt have this discussion.... ffs.
Anyone else that maybe actually wants to try to help?

Your friend should be able to file a ticket without needing to log in to the site, unless something has changed recently that I'm not aware of. Nexon customer support is indeed helpful, but the reason the GM gave you that type of response is because of safety issues. If your friend can file the ticket, they may need to provide some personal information, but the GM should be able to tell him/her what info is needed. Good luck!
