Giant channel blocking bug

I was working on my homestead on channel two and hanging out with all my giant friends and a human character. All of a sudden all the giants get black screened and booted and we cant get back on to channel 2 its only effecting the giants....please help I'm blocked completely from channel 2,7 and by blocked meaning when I relog and try to come into either channel 2,7 it instant kicks us to the end banner of the launcher
