I am kind of flustered, no matter how many times I ask no one will even respond to tell me how you begin the fynn pet questline, I've tried googling it and I get obscure to little results. help would be appreciated!

The NPC Price sells them in his shop. He moves to a different spot every midnight in-game, but you can look in the Traveler's Guide thingy to see where he currently is standing.
