Are Echo Stones A Premium Service?

I didn't really pay attention to the update they came in, and only now noticed that the tab is locked similar to the style tab. I also just removed one of the stones by accident.
Anyone know why it's locked?

    everytime you clear Sidhe Finnachaid you get up to 7 days of time added onto the tab

    to actually answer the title of the thread question the tab is free for premium users in Korea but not here. although the last time I checked how many days were left it had a massive number of days that was well over a year which is likely a bug or a possible sign of a premium service update somewhere in the future. not sure if this possible bug has been fixed or not but I will check next time I am on. but yes like the other posts say, usually you have to beat the dungeon to extend the tab duration.
