A friend of mine just finished g9, but g10 wont start, does he have to do all the sidequests from g9 too? If not, why is g10 not starting? Quest has been turned in, hes tried CC and relogging both and its been quite some time since he actually finished g9 last week, so theres no way its a wait timer.

If your friend isn't getting the quest automatically, your friend might be able to talk to Duncan in Tir Chonaill and select the storyline manually, if their total level is at least 345.
